Delete your Sudoku: Classic & Beyond account
Playing Sudoku: Classic & Beyond requires no account. An account exists only if you tapped Continue with Google (cloud save), or if you bought a coin pack as a guest, which creates an anonymous purchase identity. Either can be deleted, from inside the app or by e-mail.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Sudoku: Classic & Beyond and tap Options (the settings button on the home screen).
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete account (or Delete cloud data if you are a guest who bought coins).
- Read what will be deleted and tap Delete permanently. For security, you may be asked to sign in with Google again first.
The app reports success only after our server has confirmed the deletion. If you are offline or the deletion fails, nothing is changed and you remain signed in.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, e-mail yigiterlabs@gmail.com with the subject "Sudoku: Classic & Beyond account deletion" and include one of the following so we can find your data:
- the Google account e-mail address you used for Continue with Google, sent from that address; or
- for an anonymous purchase identity, the Google Play order number (it starts with
GPA.) of a coin purchase made on that device.
We complete e-mail requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase user (user ID and, for Google sign-in, the linked e-mail address and display name).
- Your whole cloud-save document: per-device progress ledgers, statistics, daily-challenge history and streaks, awards, unlocks, settings, preferences, tutorial flags, bookmarks, and the purchased-coin balance recorded for the account.
- The raw Google Play purchase tokens of purchases made under the account.
What is kept, and why
A pseudonymous record of each coin purchase is retained after deletion: product, quantity, coins granted, Google's order ID, the purchase and consumption timestamps, the SHA-256 hash of the purchase token and a hashed billing alias. It contains no name, e-mail address or Google account ID, and it cannot be used to sign in. It is kept so that a spent purchase can never be credited a second time, to handle refund requests and to meet bookkeeping obligations. Google Play keeps its own record of your purchases under Google's policies, independently of us.
Deletion does not remove data stored on your device — puzzles, statistics, coins and settings stay in the app until you uninstall it or clear its data — and it does not delete or change your Google Account.
